Shipping Policy – USA Market

Last Updated: August 18, 2026

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience across the United States. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States, including residential and commercial addresses. Some remote areas, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or restricted locations may have limited shipping availability.

2. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During holidays, promotional campaigns, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the USA is generally:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Processing Time: 1–3 business days
• Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 6–13 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates. Any applicable offer will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

6. Delivery Delays

Although we work with reliable shipping carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Carrier disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• High shipping volumes
• Customs or regulatory issues
• Other circumstances outside our control

If your package is delayed, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to update the address before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered according to the carrier's tracking information, we are generally not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged package and product. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. Missing Orders

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check around your delivery location.
2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.
3. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
4. Contact our support team if the package remains missing.

10. Multiple Items in One Order

Depending on product availability and warehouse location, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.

11. Contact Us
